AI Media Systems · Bog City builds it, you run it from your phone

Hire the content guy who never calls out.

Text it a photo from the truck. It edits, writes the caption in your voice, shows you, and posts it. We build the thing, teach it how you talk, and hand you the keys. Runs for under $100 a month.

Under $100 a monthEverything it costs you to run. No agency, no seats, no per-post fees.
OwnerEstimatorAccountantSalesman HR departmentDispatcherParentCoach Social media managerContent creator

You wear too many hats.
Put two of them down.

You run it, you work in it, you do the books, you sell it, you hire for it. And now you are supposed to be a social media manager and a content creator too. Nah.

The other option is $4,000 a month and a standing Zoom with three people you have never met, who send back content that sounds nothing like you. Also nah.

Third option: we build you an AI agent that already knows your voice, wire it to your channels, and hand you the keys. Your accounts. Your files. Your call on everything. We just keep it sharp.

Step zero: it learns you.

Before it posts a single thing, we sit down and build the foundation — your voice, your brand, the words you would never say.

We feed it what you have already published, listen to how you actually talk, and write the rules: what you sound like, what you sell, who you are talking to, and the stuff that is off the table. If you are a company, it is the company voice. If you are the brand, it is you.

That foundation is the whole difference between a post that sounds like you and a post that sounds like a robot with a LinkedIn account.

After that, you just talk to it. No prompts to memorize, no dashboard, no ticket to file. “Stop using that word.” “Post more jobsite stuff.” “Nothing goes out this week, we are slammed.” It listens and it stays changed.

It is your AI agent. We just made it easy.

The OperatorDoes the work. Cuts the clip, picks the still, writes the caption, builds the cover, schedules it, files the original. You never talk to this one.
The AssistantThe one you talk to. Plain English, from your phone, whenever. It briefs the Operator so you do not have to.

What it replaces

Same job. Pick your poison.

$3–8K

An agency

Monthly retainer, a standing call, and creative that gets approved by committee. Good ones exist. They are not cheap.

$2.5K

A part-time social kid

Plus training them, plus managing them, plus doing it yourself the month they quit.

6 hrs

You, at 11pm

Every week, on the couch, fighting CapCut. The posts go out late and look it. Usually they just do not go out.

<$100

This, per month

Plus a one-time build. It posts every day whether you thought about it or not, and it sounds like you.

Be honest about which one you are

We would rather tell you no now than take your money and disappoint you in March.

Built for you if

  • You are busy running the thing and posting always loses
  • Your camera roll has 2,000 photos and your feed has nine posts
  • You want it to sound like you, not like an intern with a thesaurus
  • You would rather own the system than rent a vendor
  • You can send a text message

Probably not for you if

  • You want 40 posts a month and do not care if they are junk
  • You never take photos and have no plans to start
  • You want somebody in the building to yell at
  • You need every post lawyered before it goes out
  • You want a magic button that grows a business with no input

The build

One-time. Priced on how complicated your world is — a roofer and a wedding photographer do not need the same machine. Every tier starts with the voice work.

The Starter

$1,500one-time setup

One person, one or two channels. A tradesman, an agent, a coach — anybody who is the brand.

  • ChatGPT Pro or Claude Pro set up under your account
  • One drop folder — phone, desktop, voice memo, whatever
  • Two agents: one that does the work, one you talk to
  • Brand voice foundation — it learns how you actually talk
  • Captions, hooks and hashtags that sound like you
  • Scheduled to one or two channels through Metricool
  • A one-page cheat sheet and a live walkthrough, not a PDF and good luck
Most people land here

The Operator

$3,000one-time setup

A real business with a brand to protect and more than one thing to say.

  • Everything in The Starter
  • Deeper voice work — every channel gets its own tone
  • Photo and video handling — clips cut, stills picked, covers made
  • Three to five channels, each with its own format rules
  • An approval step: it drafts, you thumbs-up from your phone
  • A weekly digest of what went out and what landed

The Studio

From $6,000one-time setup

Editors, photographers, agencies — people whose files are the business.

  • Everything in The Operator
  • Media pipeline: transcode, transcribe, caption, archive, name
  • Automatic backup and a searchable archive of everything you shoot
  • Custom agents for your own workflow, not a template
  • Runs on a dedicated machine, nightly, whether you open it or not
  • Multi-brand or multi-client setups

Half up front, half when it is running — and it is not running until you post something from your phone while we are sitting there.
Long-form YouTube is not in these tiers — a real YouTube pipeline (scripting, long edits, chapters, thumbnails, SEO) is a bigger system and gets its own quote once we see what you are making.

Keeping it alive

Optional. Also the honest answer: models change, APIs move, platforms shuffle the rules, and a system nobody touches quietly dies in about five months.

Keep It Running

$250per month

  • Monthly check-up, model and API updates
  • Fixes when an API changes under you
  • Email support, answered inside two days

Keep It Sharp

$500per month

  • Everything in Keep It Running
  • Monthly tune: prompts, formats, what is actually performing
  • Text us when something breaks. We answer.
  • One new automation a quarter

Keep It Growing

$1,000per month

  • Everything in Keep It Sharp
  • New agents and workflows built as you need them
  • Performance review against real numbers every month
  • Effectively a media department, minus the payroll

No contract. Cancel any month — the system is yours either way, it just stops getting better.

What actually happens

About two hours of your time, total. Most of it is us being nosy about how you talk.

Day 1One call

What you do, who buys it, what you would never say out loud. We look at what you have already posted.

Days 2–4We build it

Accounts, agents, voice foundation, your cloud, your channels. You do nothing.

Day 5You drive it

We sit with you while you send it something from your phone and watch a real post go live.

AfterIt just runs

You text it when you have something. It handles the rest. We stay on the hook if you want us there.

Still reading? That is the sign. One call, no deck, no discovery phase. We will tell you straight up whether this is worth it for you — and if it is not, we will say that too.

What you need to own

On your card, in your name. We do not resell it and we do not mark it up.

AI subscription$20–30 / moChatGPT Pro or Claude Pro, under your own account. You own it. If you fire us tomorrow the system keeps running.
A computer it lives onYou may already own itA laptop or a mini that can be left on. We will tell you exactly what to buy, or buy it for you, or use the one gathering dust in the office.
Cloud storage$10–20 / moDropbox, iCloud or Google Drive. This is the mailbox you drop content into and the archive it all lands in.
A backup driveOne-time, ~$120The failsafe. A hundred and twenty bucks against losing every photo the business has.
SchedulerFree–$25 / moMetricool, or the platform APIs direct. This is the thing that pushes the post live at 7:12am while you are on a roof.

Running cost, all in: roughly $30–75 a month, plus a computer you probably already own. Compare that to one month of an agency retainer.

Add-ons

The things that come up. Priced up front so nothing is a surprise.

Add-onUnitRate
Social profile setup — handles, bios, art, verification, the boring partOne-time$750
Hardware sourcing and build — the machine it lives on, set up and handed overOne-time$400 + cost
Existing archive ingest — your old footage and photos, named and searchablePer terabyte$300
Long-form YouTube system — scripts, chapters, thumbnails, SEO, publishing. A bigger machine with more moving parts, priced to the channelPer projectQuoted
Extra channel added after setupPer channel$250
Custom agent built to order — something no template coversPer agent$500
Training session for your team — so it is not only you who can drive itPer hour$100
Emergency same-day fix outside a care planPer incident$250

Setup is invoiced half up front, half on handover. Care plans are month to month and start the day the system goes live. Everything is built on your accounts and your hardware — if we part ways, you keep the whole machine, the prompts, the archive and the documentation. Setting up or rebuilding your actual social profiles is a separate conversation.

Fair questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do I have to learn anything?

You have to know how to text. Send it a photo, a clip, a voice memo — it comes back as a post. Want changes? Say so, like you would to a person: “make it funnier”, “don't post the one with my truck”, “hold everything til Monday.”

Is it going to sound like a robot wrote it?

Not if we do our job. That is the whole setup — we train it on what you have already published and how you actually talk, then sit on it until it stops sounding like a press release. If it ever drifts, that is what the monthly tune is for.

Who owns it?

You. Your accounts, your subscriptions, your computer, your files. Nothing is behind a Bog City login. Fire us on a Tuesday and the thing still runs on Wednesday.

Does it post without me seeing it?

Only if you tell it to. Hands-off, approval-first, or somewhere in between. Most people start by approving everything, then get bored of approving and flip it to automatic.

Can it do my YouTube?

Short-form, yes, out of the box — reels, shorts, clips. A real long-form channel is a different machine: scripting, long edits, chapters, thumbnails, SEO. More moving parts, so it gets its own quote once we know what the channel is.

What if I don't have any content?

Different problem, and we fix that too — that is the rest of this company. But most people are sitting on a camera roll with two thousand photos and a feed with nine posts. That is the normal case.
